E3MED becomes an organ donation ambassador company

E3MED is joining forces with Greffes+ and the Organ Donation Ambassadors to raise awareness of organ donation and help foster dialogue on this vital issue.

This initiative fits naturally within our professional environment, at the heart of which the transport of biological products and grafts plays a daily role in the transplant chain. But beyond our business activities, we wish above all to convey a simple message: organ donation is an issue that concerns each and every one of us.

Raising awareness, providing information and discussing the issue

Becoming an ambassador company means helping to raise awareness amongst our staff and those around us, and encouraging everyone to find out more and discuss their wishes regarding organ donation with their loved ones.

This is because, in France, organ donation is based in particular on the principle of presumed consent. In practice, knowing the views of one’s loved ones makes it easier to respect their wishes when a situation arises where donation is considered.

That is why dialogue is essential.
